Coinciding with World Wellbeing Week, 21-30 June 2021, The Yard's wellbeing group has planned a week of workshops for all of us. These workshops are themed around The Yard's values – kindness, understanding, community, adventurous and inspiring – and cover the four pillars of wellbeing – social, physical, emotional and financial.

There are a number of different Zoom workshops scheduled at different times over the week for flexibility, including an evening session. Where possible, we will also record sessions to share afterwards. All of these workshops are open to the whole staff team and The Yard volunteers. The announcement of our main speaker is coming soon and will be someone who shares our values. Workshops will cover a variety of subjects, including financial management, sleep, exercise, cooking, healthy eating and positive mindset.
