Coinciding with World Wellbeing Week which is running from 21st June - 30th June 2021, The Yard's Wellbeing Group have planned a week of Wellbeing workshops. These workshops are themed loosely around The Yard's values: kindness, understanding, community, adventurous and inspiring and will cover topics including social, physical, emotional and financial wellbeing. 

A full workshop schedule is below and we would love for you to book onto as many sessions as you would like. There are a number of workshops that are repeated at different times to allow flexibility and we will also be recording some of the sessions which we can send out after.
