Reopening in 2021 - see what has changed Take a virtual tour of The Yard Edinburgh Getting here We are located in Canonmills near George V Park, a 15-20 minute walk from Princes Street. 22 Eyre Place Lane Edinburgh EH3 5EH Get directions via Google Maps Lothian buses 8 and 36 stop at the Broughton Road end of Eyre Place.Lothian buses 23 and 27 stop nearby on Dundas Street. Look out for Jewson on Eyre Place then follow the lane to the end. Driving to The Yard Edinburgh The City of Edinburgh Council has removed the right turn option for southbound traffic on the B901 into Eyre Place (coming up the hill from Canonmills). You can still turn into Eyre Place heading north (down the hill). If you are travelling up the hill, you can continue and go right round the roundabout at Mansfield Traquair, then come back down. This is part of the Spaces for People project delivered by Sustrans on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council. Parking There is a drop-off area and disabled parking in front of our building, as well as a small car park for our visitors. We cannot guarantee space but please do not park on Eyre Place Lane - it must be kept clear for emergency vehicle access at all times. There is ample parking nearby and on surrounding streets. Membership If you have a disabled child and you would like to visit The Yard, we ask you to become a member, either with a visiting membership or regular monthly payment.
