We are seeking an experienced manager who will develop and manage a holiday playscheme and develop our year-round community of support for families in Edinburgh. To be considered for this role you will have: Experience of managing regulated care or support services to excellent care standards The ability to develop and implement family support that will bring about real change for our families A proven track record of recruiting, developing and leading a diverse team Excellent verbal and written communication skills inspiring trust and confidence in your audience Comfortable working with ambiguity, bringing excellent organisational and administrative skills In return you’ll be working with a values led organisation where your colleagues are committed to delivering our purpose. Your salary will be in the range of £35,000 to £40,000 with a defined contribution pension and life assurance.
