Barre is a full-body workout filled with slower movements and isometric movements (known as tiny lifts or dips). During Barre the focus is on building core muscles, improving balance and toning the body. 

This class will last about 45 minutes, starting and ending with a yoga stretch. Throughout the class we will target your thighs, glutes, arms and core. Isla will guide you through the class to ensure you have the correct form. New to Barre or experienced at Barre, you are all welcome.

You will not need any equipment for this class, just any clothes you feel comfortable doing exercise in and a big enough space (arm width span). Yoga mat's are recommended but definitely not essential!
