Let's come together to get through February, happier and healthier! This year has already been challenging for so many of us, with current restrictions, home schooling and the weather all affecting our wellbeing. One of the best ways to improve our mental and physical health is to stay active and keep moving.

From Monday 1st to Sunday 28th February, we would love you to join our team as we commit to Move Every Day of February. Activities can be inside or outside – you could go for a walk around your garden, follow an online yoga video or dance around your room. With no training required, this is the perfect challenge to complete with your family, friends or colleagues. Of course, all activity should comply with current COVID-19 guidelines.

All you need to do is download Strava, create an account and sign up to The Yard's event. Each time you start your activity, you can connect to Strava and this will automatically upload it to the team page, creating a community where we encourage each other to keep going. Strava is compatible with devices such as Fitbit, Garmin and Apple. You can also post photos and messages, inspiring others to keep up the fantastic work.

We have created a February calendar which you can download. You can cross off or write down the different activities you have done over the month and there is extra space to write your February Highlights so you can remember all you have accomplished!
